The Boys' Brigade is the oldest uniformed Youth organisation in the United Kingdom with the first Company being formed in 1883. Each Company is part of a church .

WHERE WERE WE BASED.

We are based at Tooting Junction Baptist Church ; Longley Rd Sw17 . See contact pages for Map of how to find us.

Before we closed in 2010 we met on two nights a week as shown below:

Thursdays  -   Thursdays Junior Section (ages 8-11)- 6.00pm; 

Tuesdays Company 11-15; senior Section & amicus  (15-22) -7.30pm Mitcham Leisure Centre

Also Alternate Fridays 7.30 -9.30 at the church

WHO Could JOIN

Membership is open to all boys aged between 8 and 18 , amicus up to 22 with parental consent. An annual subscription is payable dependent upon age.

The Object of the Boys' Brigade is "The Advancement of Christ's Kingdom Amongst boys and the Promotion of Habits of Obedience,reverance, discipline , self respect and all that tends towards a true Christian Manliness."
